I have spent over thirty years of my life helping others to find effective, efficient, productive ways of being and operating their businesses. 

Now my intention is to help others find their own authentic presence and make changes from the inside out. I believe we all have a magnificent purpose in life. We all have the ability to live an amazing life being ourselves.  

We must find balance in all we do. It is in our balance that we are our most authentic, powerful and present. When we create and maintain balance in our lives, we support our lives, the lives of those around us and our world.

When we shift our habits, patterns, inner dialog and beliefs we literally change our world. We show up differently and so does the world.

My unique blend of experiences, vocations, relationships and circumstances allow me to see things from many different perspectives. I am in a constant state of learning about myself and others. My intention is to be in and of service. I help to sort through the illusions of this life and find what is real, true and most important and to the benefit of all.
